Merit badges are hands-on learning experiences in over 141 subjects. from First Aid, Camping, and Citizenship to Robotics, Animation, and Environmental Science. Each badge gives a Scout the chance to:
Try something new and practice real-world skills
Work one-on-one with a trained merit badge counselor
Build confidence through goal-setting and follow-through
Advancement is about becoming capable, curious, and community-minded.
Every badge earned tells a story of effort, discovery, and growth. Through merit badges, a scout explores new skills, uncover interests, and even discover possible careers or passions that inspire them most.
